PRICING STRUCTURE

• $50/lb for all hardware (bolts, nuts, washers, springs, clips, clamps, etc and brackets that can fit in a 2”x2” square.
• Anything larger than 2” is $65/lb.  
• 15% off any jobs more than 10lbs.  
• $50 minimum for any job.  No weight minimum.  
• All parts are weighed after prep but before zinc plating for fair pricing.  

GENERAL INFORMATION

• We offer yellow (gold), blue (clear), or black chromate zinc plating.  
• No price difference between colors. Multiple colors per job are allowed at no extra charge.  
• Only steel parts can be zinc plated.  Aluminum and stainless steel parts cannot be zinc plated.  
• Pricing includes all prep (degreasing, cleaning, vaporhoning) and zinc plating.  
• Painted or heavily soiled parts may incur additional charge due to increased processing time.  
• **Silicone/RTV and thread lock may not always be removed and can possibly remain in bolt threads after the plating process.

**Note: Because of the non-abrasive nature of vaporhoning, parts that are powdercoated must be stripped prior to delivering to us.  We cannot remove powdercoat. 

TURNAROUND TIME

• Turnaround time is usually 1 week or less.  

SHIPPING/LOCAL DROP OFF-PICK UP

• Local drop off is welcome!  Drop off/pick up is by appointment only. 
• We accept shipments for all jobs.  
• Return shipping cost will be added to invoice.  Please add sufficient packing/protection to parts when shipping to us.  Any damages incurred during shipment to us is not our responsibility.  

PAYMENT

• Once parts are ready to ship back, an invoice with return shipping cost will be sent. Payment must be received prior to us releasing parts.   
• Invoices can be paid in person if picking up.
